All communication about - and delivery of - completed work will be conducted by e-mail or ICQ. You agree to confirm receipt of all e-mails from us by sending our company a "receipt" e-mail. This ensures that there is a virtual "paper trail" documenting our communications throughout the process. The completed work will be delivered to you via e-mail or any other agreed.

Payments
We accept payments by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or wire transfer. If you prefer to make payment in your local currency - and it's not U.S. dollars - please contact us for additional information.

Paying by Check
If you choose to pay by check, make it payable to "Amazing Solutions Inc"


Time Frame

• Normal- Initial design developed and sent to you, within 14 days.
  
• Urgent- Aditional 20% charge. Initial design in 5 working days.
  
• Emergency- Aditional 50%charge applied to quote. 72 hours , including weekends and holidays. Alteration usually requires up to 48 hours .
  

Development Process
We will send them to you by e-mail the initial design concepts. You should review them and advise us about the changes you want us to make.

Liability
In no event Amazing Solutions Inc will be liable for suitability, merchantability, or usability of products and services developed and delivered.

Copyright
Final products developed by Amazing Solutions Inc are the sole property of the Customer once payment has been made in full. However, the initial concepts remain our property.

Termination & "On Hold" Policies
Once payment is made you may terminate an order, but you'll not receive a refund.

Miscellaneous
These Terms of Service are the complete Agreement between Amazing Solutions Inc (Uebdesign) and the Customer. This This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the Puero Rico. [go to the top]
