• If using Microsoft Excel write this Formula in the "Formula Bar" for each one of this columns:
  • Formula for Column C: =B1*50%
  • Formula for Column D: =B1*25%
  • Formula for Column E: =B1*15%
• Move the mouse cursor to Column E Field 1 and bold Column E Field 1, Column D Field and Column C Field 1.
  
• Right click and choose the option "Copy"
  
• Then move the mouse cursor to Column E Field 2 and bold Column E Field 2, Column D Field 2 and Column C Field 2.
  
• Scroll down until you have the last entry of all the accounts that you want to pay on bold.
  
• Right click and choose the option "Paste". After you click paste you will automatically add all the percentages for each and ever account in the spreadsheet.
  
  

6. Now you have all the percentages necessary to make the payments to all the accounts.
7. After all the percentages have been created press the key CTRL+A and select all.
8. Open a new excel document and step on the first Column A, Field 1
9. Right click and choose the option "Paste Special"
10. Choose Option "Values"
11. This will give you all the information necessary to create the CSV File and do the payments.
12. Remove the values that you don't need any more.
14. After move all the values from Column C, place the memo field that you want to use for every specific percentage on this area.
13. Now you have in Column A Accounts to be paid, Column B Amount to be paid and Column C Memo Fields.
14. Verify that all the amounts coincide with the accounts that you would like to pay.
15. Click on File then "Save AS" write the name that you would like to save it and choose the option [CSV (Comma Delimited)].

Make sure you remember where was the location where you save it.
